The Airmax PondSeries PS40 is a complete aeration system designed to transform pond water quality through proven circulation and oxygenation. This 115V unit covers ponds up to 4 acres and depths to 50 feet, making it suitable for most residential and small commercial applications.
How Pond Aeration Works
Aeration systems work by delivering compressed air through diffusers positioned on the pond bottom. Rising bubbles create circulation that breaks down temperature layers (thermoclines), increases dissolved oxygen, and activates natural bacteria. These bacteria consume excess nutrients—the root cause of algae, muck, and poor water clarity. Most pond owners see visible improvements within 90 days.
