Replace the Discharge Fittings on Your AquaForce G2 Pump

The Aquascape AquaForce (G2) Pump Discharge Fitting Kit is a factory replacement set of outlet fittings for second-generation AquaForce submersible pond pumps. Damaged, cross-threaded, or cracked discharge fittings reduce flow, cause leaks at the pump outlet, and can compromise the hose barb connection to the plumbing run. This kit provides a direct-fit replacement without sourcing individual components separately.

Restore a Leak-Free Pump Outlet Connection

The discharge fitting is the highest-pressure point of a submersible pump's external plumbing. Leaks at the discharge connection reduce head pressure and flow through the entire plumbing run, not just at the joint itself. A clean, properly fitted discharge assembly maintains the full pressure differential the pump develops, delivering the rated flow rate at the head height specified.

How to Use

Remove the pump from the pond and unplug it. Disconnect the hose or rigid plumbing from the discharge port. Unthread or unclip the existing discharge fitting assembly. Clean the pump body discharge port and verify the thread or barb socket is undamaged. Thread or press the new fitting into position, applying PTFE thread tape to male threaded sections. Reconnect the hose or pipe and tighten the hose clamp. Test the connection for leaks in a bucket before returning the pump to service.

Ideal for AquaForce G2 pumps where the original discharge fitting has cracked, cross-threaded, or stripped under repeated hose connection and disconnection during seasonal maintenance.
