Seal Shorter EPDM Pond Liner Joints Reliably
Aquascape EPDM Double-Sided Seam Tape (7.6 cm x 7.6 m / 3 in x 25 ft) is a butyl rubber adhesive tape with adhesive on both faces for permanently bonding two overlapping sections of EPDM pond liner. The 7.6 m (25 ft) roll is sized for smaller seaming projects, liner repairs, or installations where only one or two short seams are required and the larger 100 ft roll would go largely unused.
Right-Sized Tape for Single-Seam Projects and Repairs
A 30.5 m (100 ft) seam tape roll is the correct choice for large installations, but it is overkill for a single pond liner repair or a small pondless waterfall build with one seam. The 25 ft roll provides the right quantity for these smaller applications, reducing material waste. The same butyl rubber adhesive formulation and EPDM-specific bonding chemistry applies as in the larger roll, providing identical seam quality and long-term watertightness.

How to Use
Clean both EPDM seam surfaces with Aquascape EPDM Surface Prep. Apply EPDM Tape Primer to both surfaces and allow to become tacky. Apply the double-sided seam tape to one liner surface, remove the release liner, and press the second liner section onto the tape from one end to the other, avoiding air pockets. Roll the completed seam firmly with a hand roller. Allow the bonded seam to cure for a minimum of two hours before filling with water. For seam repairs, allow 24 hours before refilling.
Ideal for single-seam pond liner installations, liner patch repairs, small pondless waterfall builds, and stream installations requiring one or two short EPDM seams.
