Complete Large Pondless Waterfall Kit for a 26-Foot Stream Feature
The Aquascape Large Pondless Waterfall Kit provides everything needed to build a 26 ft (7.9 m) stream and waterfall feature without an open pond basin, powered by the Aquascape SLD 5000-9000 Smart Logic Drive pump adjustable from 5,000 to 9,000 GPH (18,925 to 34,065 LPH). Pondless waterfalls store the water in a buried vault beneath the stream termination point, eliminating the open water that requires fish maintenance, netting, and safety barriers.
A Large Water Feature Without Pond Maintenance
A 26 ft stream creates a substantial water feature with significant visual and auditory presence, but without a pond at the base there are no fish to feed, no algae to manage, and no predator netting required. The buried vault holds the water volume safely below grade when the pump is off and recirculates it through the stream when running. The SLD 5000-9000 provides the high flow rate needed to fill a wide stream bed and create a full, naturalistic waterfall appearance across the full stream length.

How to Use
Follow the Aquascape pondless waterfall construction guide for vault excavation sizing and stream grade. The vault location at the stream base must be large enough to hold the total water volume in the stream and liner when the pump is off. Excavate the stream channel with a gentle grade toward the vault and place stream liner in overlapping sections with the upper piece over the lower. Install the BioFalls at the top of the stream. Place the SLD pump inside the vault, connect to BioFalls, and fill. Run the pump at mid-range initially and increase flow to achieve the desired stream depth and fall height.
Ideal for residential properties where an open pond is not practical due to safety concerns, limited maintenance time, or absence of interest in keeping fish, but where a large, naturalistic water feature is desired.
