The Aquascape Ultra 400/550/800 Water Pump G3 Discharge Fitting Kit 1/2" provides the OEM replacement discharge fitting for the Ultra 400, 550, and 800 G3 series pumps. Replace when the existing fitting cracks, strips, or no longer forms a watertight seal with the pump discharge port.
Restore a Watertight Discharge Connection
A cracked or stripped discharge fitting leaks at the pump's output connection, reducing flow delivered to the waterfall or filter and allowing water to recirculate within the pump housing rather than leaving through the outlet. How to Use
Remove and unplug the pump. Unthread the damaged discharge fitting from the pump body. Thread in the replacement fitting by hand until snug, then one quarter-turn with pliers. Reconnect discharge tubing and reinstall the pump. Confirm the connection is watertight at operating pressure before leaving unattended.
