The Atlantic Water Gardens 1/4 HP floating fountain pump coupler is the connection fitting that joins the main pump body of the 1/4 HP floating fountain to the float assembly. The coupler allows the pump unit to be removed from the float for service, cleaning, or replacement without replacing the entire float body — making it the critical serviceable joint in the modular floating fountain assembly. Replace the coupler when cracking, distortion, or seal failure causes water to bypass the pump chamber or allows the pump to separate from the float.

Serviceability

The modular design of AWG floating fountains is intentional: the pump, float, coupler, nozzle adapter, and light cord are individually replaceable to extend the service life of the complete unit beyond what would be possible with a sealed, single-piece design. When the pump motor fails, only the pump is replaced; when the float cracks, only the float is replaced. The coupler is the assembly point that makes this possible.
