7,500 GPH Rated Underground Pump Housing
The Atlantic Water Gardens 7,500 GPH pump vault is an underground protective housing designed to conceal and protect a submersible pump within a pondless waterfall, stream, or fountain basin installation. Rated for pump flows up to 7,500 GPH (28,391 LPH), it provides a dedicated, accessible chamber for the pump inside a gravel-filled Eco-Blox or open reservoir — keeping the pump protected from debris, elevated off the basin floor, and accessible for service without excavating the entire basin.
Design Advantages
Unlike placing a pump loose in a gravel-filled reservoir, the pump vault creates a defined water intake zone around the pump. The vault's slotted walls allow water to draw freely from the surrounding reservoir while blocking pea gravel, debris, and fine particulate from reaching the pump intake screen. The top access lid allows the pump to be removed and serviced — cleaned, repaired, or replaced — without disturbing the landscape above or draining the reservoir.
System Integration
Pairs with the Atlantic Water Gardens pump vault extension (sold separately) when a deeper reservoir installation requires additional vault height. Compatible with the full range of Atlantic Water Gardens Eco-Blox matrices, rock lids, and pondless waterfall systems. Choose the 15,000 GPH vault for higher-flow pump installations.
