Motorised Debris Screen for Biotec and Screenmatic Filters
The Oase Biotec 36 / Biotec Screenmatic 32–38 fabric screen (originally item 28412) is the replaceable mesh that the motorised cleaning system scrapes and brushes continuously to remove leaves, string algae, and coarse debris from incoming pond water. When the fabric wears thin, tears, or stretches, debris passes through to the foam stages and clogs them faster.

By catching coarse material before it reaches the foam, the fabric screen dramatically reduces how often you need to clean or replace your filter foam. Installation
Open the filter and remove the screen assembly. Detach the old fabric from the holder arms, stretch the new fabric over the frame, and secure it evenly. Reinstall the assembly and confirm the motor-driven scraper contacts the new fabric surface without binding. Run a cleaning cycle to verify smooth operation.
