This assembly handles the higher debris load of ponds up to 38,000 litres with a reinforced frame, heavy-duty motor, and wider fabric screen designed for maximum throughput.
Built for High-Volume Filtration
Large ponds generate more organic waste than smaller ones, so the 38k screen assembly is built with more robust materials than its smaller siblings. The wider screen surface captures more debris per pass, and the upgraded motor maintains consistent scraper pressure across the full width. Installation
Remove the old screen assembly from the 38k filter housing. Slide the new unit into the mounting guides, connect the motor wiring, and secure all retention clips. Run a cleaning cycle and verify the scraper contacts the full width of the screen evenly.
